K series

Our K series machines function based on a “trimming principle”: crumbs, clumps, or slabs of dough are fed into the hopper on top of the machine. The machine then shapes the dough between a kneading and molding roller into a pastry form. The dough is then trimmed with a blade. The individual pastries are placed on a conveyor belt and from there are precisely deposited onto the baking tray running under the machine. The following features summarize how dough is shaped with JANSSEN pastry molding machines:

  • Simple feed-in of dough in crumbs, clumps, or slab form
  • Optimal tray space allocation
  • High processing capacity with reduced labor utilization

The machines are made of stainless steel and other materials suitable for food processing and are extremely robust and solid. JANSSEN machines process up to 650 kg of dough per hour, earning them a well-deserved reputation as “durable and reliable workhorses”.
